As it is Easter holiday for Universities at the moment, I think you can wait until the deadline set by UCAS that the latest day Univeristies have to reply you(either give you an offer or decline you).
Also, there is Clearing exhibition just after mid-August (after the A-level result day) in Hong Kong, but I am not sure about Mainland China.
