If the recommendation is not good enough to the company or work or products, I would like to give my idea and suggestion. Because the manager/supervisor and myself are working in different levels, my idea or suggestion may or may not be accepted immediately but a good communication and co-operation as a team have been built up.

Depended on what position you offer me. If a decision has been made, I am a good "follower" to achieve target and good follwer to support everyone when they need. If there is no new idea yet, I am a good "leader" to point out direction, keep open mind, encourage people to cope with problems.

I have always been concentrating on coping with a company which can develop my ability and potential like yours rather than just focus on salary. I hope by my hard working atitude that shall be contributing to the development of the company and the increase of every staff's salary as well.

Why don't you give a figure? The salary is a scale to evaluate your ability, work and position somehow.

May I suppose that those questions are not from your mind but copy from some web sites? Those questions are too general. Come on, pals, type : www.google.com, and keyword: interview + something you like , you can get lots of materials.

What we need is more real experience. In other words, we need first-hand materails, such as what questions did your boss ask when you took an interview, what answers you gave when you interview, what questions were asked in your interview examination and so on. That kind of information is more helpful and useful.

自己了解些自己, 当然这种问提也只能自己回答拉, 但如果是你, 会注意哪些方面呢????

看了这里不少有关面试如何准备的讨论，我有些想法以供参考。

1，以不变应万变
充分准备不等于死记硬背，答案是死的，人是活的。
如果我是面试官，我不会特别在意你的答案准确与否，我相信很多看似刁难的问题没有唯一答案，考的就是你的应变能力。能处变不惊，从容应对，也是能力和自信的最好证明。很多时候你的反应比你的答案重要得多。
2。悟性
学术性工作我不太了解，但是进公司不论何职位，都需要有悟性的人，用通俗讲就是灵活。我想即便在国外，这点也是不可或缺的个人特质。表现在进入公司上手工作快，对上司意图话语，掌握准确。工作开展，人际关系网络把握及分寸。面试得时候也需要考察候选人的这方面能力。
３。个人品质
了解你是否可靠，是否具有责任感，是否具有团队合作精神。
如果应聘职业经理人，那么除了上述能力最基本之外，就是分析问题，解决问题的能力和远见卓识，透过现象看本质的能力也不那么容易培养，是人思维方式问题。至于领导能力有一些与生俱来得性格决定，后天也可以培养。
４。语言
不必多提，相信大家都知道这很重要。

很多毕业生对择业和就业很模糊。很多来这里读MASTER的学生也是国内一毕业就出国了。毕业了也不知自己适合干什么，即使是回国。我感觉除了你确信自己将在学术这条路走下去并终将有所建树，或者自己创业，那么除此之外你还将面临公司这个所谓的职业阶梯慢慢往上爬。而对于职业经理人，更重要得还是个人特质发挥，相比之下技术知识和背景就有些不那么重要了（除了R&D部门），我接触比较多的成功职业人是将自己一种特长或者说特质也好发挥的淋漓尽致。人不是万能的，但能了解自己特点并结合适当工作就能有成功地希望。也许一个人的职业道路很大程度上是由能力和气质决定的，还外加一些机遇因素。也希望大家无论留英还是回国都能个良好开端。
