学校和学校之间的安排不同, 有些学校现在就开始招明年的入学了. 有些学校则没有. ic看来就没有, 你只能等到明年一月了. 我有点不太明白你的问题. 你是不是想知道ic是否真的在1月份才开始录取工作?

对阿！我就是想了解下他们是不是那时候才开始。

另外，好像那里土木系中国人不少阿！我打电话问的时候， 那tutor问我的family name 以后， 说廖句，你还是把你名字剩下的部分都告诉我把， 同姓的人太多。

I believe they may consider your app. by the order of the starting letter of your name given that these piles of app are received in a certain period.

normally, they will tell you whether they will give u an offer or not just after the interview.

You may be asked some very easy mechanics questions as well as some math questions.
Be ware that, in some case, you may be asked some questions that beyond your knowledge, but this is for evaluating your way of solving problems, don't worry if you can't do.

If you are invited for an interview, it is very likely that an offer is being made to you.

我也好想去IC的，我大概11月5日左右寄的材料，申请Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering。不知道什么时候他们才会给我消息阿
