I have stayed to UK from two months. The IP card I bought is about 10 pence per minute. Is there any cheaper IP card available? When I live in Sweden, it only cost about 5 pence per minute.

You can try some IP cards such as Unity, Safeway,supercalling. Most of them charge 5p/m
