我们公司的设计师突然有急事离开，因为要在2周之内打板，所以临时需要设计师从头开始，时间很急，要求很高。样板一经采用，300镑报酬。欢迎有丰富商业网站设计经验的设计人员参与。采用样板之后，可能还会继续根据双方的协商由设计师完成部分网站，酬劳另计。

一页内容页

以上的设计用Phontshop打版或生成网页都可以。

I don't think anyone will do it. Even in China, this pay is too little. And it's still depend on what kind of level. For this pay, you won't get good stuff.

300 pounds?

That's not even enough for half a day's wages for this kind of job.

Try 3000, unless you are looking for amateurs.

我再伦敦的大学学习设计的硕士，我愿意接受这个价钱，如果可以和我pm联系。

因为这个工作就是有经验设计师两天的工作，所以按150镑一天，300镑两天，你们觉得低吗？以我工作中遇到的情况，我觉得这个价钱不错了，一般外雇的设计师都是100镑一天的。当然，伦敦的价钱可能不同，但是遗憾的是我们的公司在苏格兰。本来已经找好设计师了，可是刚刚要开始，设计师突然有事，所以只好从头开始了。很长时间没回国了，国内的设计要2000块人民币一天？？？

我觉得要做一点补充。
不是要做网站。而是样板。专门做网站设计的应该很熟悉。可以用Photoshop，800乘600大小的图像来表现设计。不用生成网页。有点像截屏。主要看色彩和页面划分的配合。

哦，对了，我们对原来设计师的风格还是很欣赏的，大家可以在他的网站上看到他设计的网站（里面的好几个可都是我做的程序支持 ）。

在伦敦的设计师一天至少200镑,这是最最便宜的,只能找到一般水平的. 看来苏格兰真是便宜很多. 我去苏格兰旅游看那里的房子是便宜不止一半, 也有道理


最关键的是, 这个工资是不管你用不用都要付的, 只要一开始干活就算钱了. 你如果是要用才付钱的话这属于竞标了, 那一旦中标的话要付的就远远超过这个价钱了. 在中国一个标志竞标的话是平均价是20,000人民币. 这里是多少我不确切, 但大概计算一下也能想象出来吧.

This price is good for sb, and it may be not good for others. We can guess that SUNHENAN is looking for sb can do this work with some low price. On the other hand, as I know SUHENAN always provide some useful messages here, I believe she mainly like to offer this chance to our Chinese friends(not for senior experienced professional).

I believe most of us are students, and most of us struggle from time to time for the high expenses in UK. I have some friends (I believe a lot of friends are in similar situation) even doing 2 labour works at the same time. So, we really need to thank to SUNHENAN instead of .....

Sometimes I even get confused, may be salary in London is very high, but I am living not far from London. Our company has a good reputation in the world. The salary level is even lower than what we are talking here. For example, fresh graduate with PhD < 25,000, Master around 20,000, Bachelor is between 15000~18000 depends on the position. Some PhDs graduate from what we called NB university such as Cambridge, Imperial College, Bristol, etc.

Could these guys(girls?) pls let us know what is the reasonable and possible salary for fresh graduate,

其实我很想帮忙的，可是我的专业不对口阿。也不会设计这些东西。
我的年薪算是付得好的，公司待我还是不错的。我老师的女儿大学毕业年薪才14K，也没听说有什么福利待遇。
只要做出来的东西好，有人欣赏的话，将来还是有继续合作的机会。那时候价格就是不一样
了。不知道我说的对不对。我也帮不上忙，瞎起哄。

Experienced is much more important than degree, that's the reason. The salary I mensioned is for senior experienced professional. It's average about 30K to 40K a year for senior designer in London. For freelancer it's 200 to 250 a day. If somebody is so good, it could be still much higher.
