我想低廉人工费用和开发成本应该是优势吧. 目前还在寻找市场. toad前辈有什么建议?
英国大公司在印度找outsourcing较多，毕竟是前殖名地，较熟门熟路。到国内找市场低成本固然是优势，但服务质量的管理方面，还有信用度和法规条例都是较大的问题，也不一定就能保证低成本的，特别对小公司来说（其实找印度，巴基斯胆，马来西亚等等也是这样的）；双刃剑一把，就看怎么样去调配风险和利益了。虽然现在的趋势是这样，但若干年后顾客是不是会对此有反感，就不可预料了。希望xp你朋友能成功。

To be honest I reckon offshore software development to China is hopeless in short term. Labour cost has already been very low by outsourcing to Indian subcontinent and less an issue will be concerned.
The bottleneck is the lagging communication between (business) customer and development team, agility of change. These are the major concerns companies here are considering. In fact, recent backslash of ‘real cost of outsourcing’ is on about these.
And wee are talking about a land full of fluent English speaking, well-educated on software engineering (not just coding) talents.
Got a friend graduated from Bath Uni and going back China in 2001 in hope to open suck a business. He failed, now work for someone.
