student visa 不可以。
那如果是在city center的路边摆个摊呢? 而且只是周末时间摆摆,这样学生身份行吗?

no . you must get street trading lisence at first. student visa can not apply.
50 pounds for lisence, around 50 pounds for one year insurance, ask you friend apply for u
you can try it without license, but...........

很感谢hjlmax的回复. 我还有几个问题: 我可以叫我英国本地的朋友去申请一个street trading license吗? 对申请人有条件限制吗? 如果是我朋友申请的,但是那个摊子由我自己来摆,警察会管吗? 有什么窍门吗?

yes, you can.
1.just bring uk passport,
2.pay money (different office)
3.they will post license to u after one week
4. buy tax bill (about 15-20pounds/day)
5.start your business.
if they ask u, just say“BOSS NOT HERE"
想开个餐车是不是也是同样的手续呢?大概餐车的租金是多少呀?谢谢大虾指点.

Hi hjlmax, Thanks so much. your information is really helpful. Here I still have two questions.
1. buy tax bill? what is tax bill? where to buy it and how to buy it?
2. just say“BOSS NOT HERE"? if they ask more, do I need to prepare a employment form which shows I am employed by my friend?
