软件装上了， 但好像不好使， 有如下信息:
Initialize connection with LG Desktop.
Synchronisation failed.
Fail to connect to the mobile phone,
Please check the COM port and connect in idle screen.

I had the same problem, but installing the latest software patch (downloadable from LG's website) resolved the problems.
