是啊, 只是工作签证, 还没说跟学生签证有关啊, 不过这是迟早的事啦!

does this premium serivce refer to the face to face interview for renew not post renew?

I think should be face to face interview, but I don't think apply by post will keep the same amount as now.
从05年4月开始涨价，完了，看来这回是躲不过去了

Following the link you will find 'clicking here' in that web page. There are several choices. Try to give your opnion. The consultation will end on 8/12/04. After that, under review in Janurary/05, the new policy will launch on 01/04/05

真的是穷疯了！！今天看新闻，关于移民政策，英国真是会虚伪，一边说要吸引高科技移民，一边又涨价！！
这个价钱，还不如买张机票回国签呢！！国内不会从570RMB涨到6000吧？！10倍？
