A friend of mine paid his tution fee 4 year2, then went 2 have the resit 4 his previous year moduels, but later he was informed that he failed the resit and he had 2 repeat year1. He put his tution fee in2 university bank account 4 next year use, so that he wont need 2 pay twice.

u may consider do the same thing as his, u will come back 2 uni after u recover, wont u? so just leave the money at uni and use it when u come back, u dont have 2 do the refund i think

have a word with ur uni's tution fee division, they will tell u if ur fee is refundable or not and how u can do it
