看了置顶的帖子，答案是可以。我老公是WP HOLDER，可以兼职做我的公司的SECRETARY。

法律上是不可以的。看看你的签证上写的什么就知道了。不过Home Office和Company House没有关系。举例子，我的地方政府想查我的住址，但找不到我的名字，因为我不是英国人，没有Register Voting Something。写信给我问可不可以查我的Council Tax record。证明英国有法规定保护私人隐私。同样，没有人会查你是否在做WP之外的工作。
那么如果反过来呢？老公做DIRECTOR，我(SPOUSE VISA)做公司秘书。
Would be the same. Breaking law in theory.

I think as a limited company the registered details can be found online, which might includes the name of the director. I might be wrong, better check with company house website.

And another problem might be: how to open a business bank account? Since those puppets in the bank would like to see your passport and refused to open the account for you when you are unable to work legally.

Of course could! a WP holder can work for any employer. But the new employer should help you transfer your WP. It needs some time to do.
