我的LAPTOP 是WINDOWS 2000 SERVER 中文版, 曾尝试装NTL BROADBAND CD, 但失败, 不知是不是因为中文版的原因呢? 还是其他原因? 各位有用中文WINDOWS 且能装BROADBAND 软件的吗?

以前在几个中文系统上装BT的拨号软件都没有问题
国外很多软件都要求XP打过SP1,你看看是否提示你这个?
如果是,安装SP1之后再安装就OK了

apple is right. change your system language, you could install it no problem. when done, just change it back. alternative, you could use other computer to install it firstly, and then set up a network through router.

one other question, i am now using my friend's account and broadband installer to test my laptop. when i apply for a new NTL account for myself, do i need to reinstall this broadband software or i can keep the one i just install in my laptop and use for a new account?
