When I install NTL Broadband CD, after I connect with cable, the system is trying to obtain IP address, but it has got problem, the prompt is:
DHCP release/renew fail
You have 1 Network Adapter set to DHCP
Sis Nic SISNIC
How to solve this problem? Please help!
Have you done the activation?
You should register your account online
You have to active your cable modem online.

设置了一个DHCP应该正常啊,想不通为什么提示这个...
哪位达人指点下
楼主说是用CABLE连的MODEM,我以前是用USB连的,NTL有提供的,可以正常分配IP
如果是第一次使用请确认是在线激活过的
如果以前都正常使用,用USB连线试试吧
用USB连线会出现新的网卡设备,理论上比你内置的网卡收到的电器干扰还少
何乐而不为呢?
