i do have hope, but all these have been too painful! last year, in Seville, I nearly cried! Portor has been diving all the time, but seems to get away with it all the time, if Balde never been sent off, we would have won!

we just never have any luck, referees always bias towards us. the four yellow cards we recieved in the first half are total joke!

celtic's player is not well prepared for big matches. playing in the spl wont help them either!!!

spl will never be a force in europe~~~ thats a FACT that will never change!!!

overall, the main reason of the embarrassing performance is that the scottish teams are just not good enough to compete in europe. the lack of banch depth costs celtic dearly.

celtic's attacking is just about ok, at least in the uefa cup. but with the larson's despatch and sutton and tompson's injury they can hardly achieve anything.

all i can say about the defence of scottish teams is one word - rubbish. the old firms even concede lots of goals in the low-end spl. how can they do their jods in europe.

nowadays, football is a commercial game. remaining in the less attractive spl, the old firms would never retain their past glory.

dont keep saying old firms, Rangers can not compete with Celtic nowadays. i understand that spl is rubbish, and the fact that Celtic is playing motherwell on Sat, then have to play Millan on Wed has not helped a lot. but what can i say, spl cant get much money from commercial and that we cant afford expensive players, otherwise, we would win the Championship easily!
