请问在Newcastle 找住房，哪些区域比较好，哪些区域很不安全？
完整版本: 有谁能介绍一下Newcastle 各区域的好坏？
Fenham,那边我去过..看到的房子比较烂,也有好多,但是很便宜. 整个区域就是阿X区.......

在网上看到一studio apartment，看其所在区域是Tower Street: City/Quayside, 不知是好是坏。我对Newcastle 实在是不了解。
Quayside 应该是不错的，可能会比较吵。
Newcastle 的 Posh 地方是 Jesmond，又方便，Gosforth 也很好。很多学生住 Heaton, Sundyford. Fenham 是比较差一点，但也便宜。河对岸的 Gateshead 名声也不好，但其实有些地方不错。

quayside是比较奢侈的住宅了，学生很少的，可以充分体验ncl的夜生活...
还是 JESMOND 比较好。不过要以房子的好坏为标准，哪里都可以找到，问题主要在邻居。还需要考虑的是交通和购物。Sandyford 也不坏。

posh area: jesmond, gosforth
most popular area for chinese student: heaton
worse area: byker, high heaton, fawdon, kenton(but still can live)
worst area: benwell,fenham, cowgate, ,gateshead
kenton's not that bad ...

i have lived between kenton and fawdon for abt a year. personally, i agree with you. it is not that bad. but british peoeple think it is. anyway, i enjoy live there. most of people r british 'blue colar'. nice people there.

nutral place: Walker which is close to quayside. some new council houses have been built. nice and cheap. can have a try to apply it.
Trockley: too far away.
nearly forgot one nice area: kingston park. the most high educated people lived there.
Geodies will say that people living in kingston park have different view of the world. 
近期住heaton的学生被偷的太多，heaton现在也不是什么好地方了...
