You can of course even according to immigration laws. as long as you don't work more than 20 hours a week.

every company must have a secretary and the role cannot be doubled with that of sole director. the post may be held by another company or by joint secretaries, any formal act of a secretary may in their absence be performed by a deputy or assistant.
