正解:booth
booth is American English, not used in England.
Stand means one unit, which usually with table, where things are displayed. unit is very open and wide concept. Stand is closer.
"stand" is a relatively proper word, check this out for proof

'Booth' is the most appropriate one. It is an American word, but it's often used in UK now.
Examples are: polling booth, interview booth, etc.

stand和booth都对,(虽然stand用得更广些),但是这两种都不是指“被等面积划的一块一块的地面”,而都是带具体实物的展位,就是所谓的ready-to-use stand,很多主办单位会为了美观和统一而提供这种stand,其中还分stand with one side open, stand with two sides open, stand with three sides open, stand with four sides open等,一般论平米租,open越多,租金越贵。
I would like to reserve a standard exhibition space. Can I have an standard space without fittings/equipments,或者干脆就说empty standard space,然后就看人家同不同意了。
