As long as you meet the language requirement, you have a good chance to be admitted. Write emails to the Universities you are interested, it would be better if you got some years of working experience.

you can take courses such like education in early years or primary school teacher training. You don't need to have itles, but you need GCSE english I think.
whats GCSE english mean?
one crucial issue - your age. If you are 27+ with some similar working experience, could be some options.
GCSE = General Certificate of Secondary Education

Go to the university international office, or contact the course leader, ask them directly for you doubts. You got advantages of being here.
