第二天偶就报修了,接线员告诉偶:知道了,在家等吧。(电话难打,态度奇差!)
一个月过去了。。。。
(其间偶又打了n个电话,写了n封信)
终于,工程师在圣诞节前来了,带来了一块新主板。
换之,故障依旧,看来很可能是cup烧了。
工程师临走时,扭头对我说:你什么也不需要做,等我再来。偶当时感动的眼泪差点没掉下来。
于是,又一个月过去了。。。。没有任何消息
偶又打了n个电话,写了n封信。每次接线员都是让我再等等。
终于,前天(1月18日)我收到了一封来自ACER的回信,原文如下:

Firstly I would like to apologise for the late reply, due to unprecedented rise in virus/spyware/adware infections via the internet, we have had a sharp increase in emails coming into the service centre.
By the sounds of this fault your machine should be brought into our repair centre for further evaluation. Please call our service centre on 08708531000 choose option 1 and log a call to report the fault. Due to unprecedented sales, the call volumes have increased greatly, the only thing I can suggest is to keep trying with the line, though we have employed more agents recently in an effort to further reduce the waiting times.

信中所说的那个电话号码就是偶拨打了n遍又n遍的那个,所谓的waiting time,每次一般都在30分钟以上。
症状很简单,不是主板就是CPU烧了,电源我已经替换过,没问题。
一个小时就能解决的故障让我等了两个多月,而结果是让我把主机再寄回去。
如果要寄修,先不说我要把主机从学校拉到邮局,以后再拉回来有多麻烦;我保存在硬盘上辛苦收集的资料和以前的paper看来是铁定没有了。
有没有人遇到过相同的问题,帮忙提点建议,
或者谁认识有相关经验的律师,帮忙介绍一下。
不能再忍耐了!
