Insurance Claims Advisors required to work for a well established organisation in Peterlee. Join this busy and dedicated team environment with your excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Previous customer service skills are essential, previous claims recovery / experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
Permanent vacancies available with immediate starts. £11-13,000 per annum plus bonus, depending on experience.

Customer Service Advisors required to work for a rapidly expanding insurance company in Peterlee. You will provide a first class service to customers when dealing with their motor insurance. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Working within a large contact centre, the purpose of this role is to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective HR and recruitment service to managers and staff with particular emphasis on employee relations, performance management, absence and managing communications. Successful applicants for this post will be CIPD qualified, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a HR role. Experience of discipline and grievance issues is essential as well as experience of recruitment, including competency based interviewing and assessment centres.
This is a permanent position.
Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are seeking Team Leaders to work in a contact centre in Hartlepool. Previous Team Leader experience in a call centre environment is required.

£7.80 per hour.

PART TIME SECRETARY
An experienced secretary / administrator required to work 20 hours per week for a small company in Cramlington. You will have excellent IT skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to work unsupervised and to organise your own workload as well as that of others.
Pay rate: £6.50 per hour.
This will be a temporary position initially but is likely to lead to a permanent position.

TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking Outbound Sales Advisors to work within this outsourcing Contact Centre with a variety of clients. Large, modern building with cafeteria and parking.
Salary starts at £6.20 per hour plus bonus, rising to £7 per hour plus bonus.

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Your role will include establishing the correct contacts for a recruitment service, sending out marketing information, following up with outbound calls to establish needs and then feeding that information back into the team who will take the sales process forward. Hopefully you will eventually carry the sales process forward yourself (with the right training) and this would lead to you selling the service face to face with prospective clients of a recruitment service. Initially the role will be 100% office based with most of your time making outbound sales calls therefore you must be happy to work doing business to business sales. Fun and relaxed working environment with a team of people who really care about the service they offer.
