A cleric, especially one who has charge of a parish.
教堂牧师：某一教区人员，尤指掌管某一教区的牧师
A cleric who assists a rector or vicar.
助理牧师：协助教区长或教区牧师的教职人员

就是艺术策展人了，要有很高的艺术鉴赏力，组织画展，必要时撰写评论等。
就业方向主要是各大博物馆，画廊等，就业形势在英国不是很好，国内不清楚。要会活动。
说句不好听的，楼主要是都看不懂是干什么的，估计是没有这方面的背景了，那也就读不出来什么了，这门课程不是那么容易的。
就是艺术策展人了，要有很高的艺术鉴赏力，组织画展，必要时撰写评论等。

现在好象读这个专业的同学很少，原因可能是这个专业将来的就业方向在国内不明确（国内的艺术品运作还很初级）和较高的专业背景和语言要求。

你去哪个学校读？ma or ba? 听说这个行业的就业率不高，供大于求，薪水也不是很高。不过国内没有此专业，所以不知道又没有前途。 不过据说在2010年以前，上海回信开很多家画廊展馆，所以应该是很有protential的。 不过很可惜，我拿到了kinsgton 的uncon-offer了，不过看来要换专业了现在。

curating is usually the management of art gallery. it is a very powerful position. u can hold influence to big bucks.
so is the course on curating and also on design
or designing for all the curating issues?

It's more like a contemporary design reserch course, it do combines with a NY visit next year. but not exact working experience.
It include more paper work than exact design process itself
more communication with multi- disciplines than computer work
en... it is sad for me to think about the situation in China, it means this course will not bring me a job directly.
But i'm attracted by the uncertainty...; )
