自从跟3电话要了pac code，我就开始烦了
首先你不能回3了，现在看来还是3的offer相对较好
其次另外一个较受中国人欢迎的o2，很多网站不能转number，要不就是另外收费
剩下的只有t-mobile和orange，目前网上offer不多……

特别是我已经在网上订了一个手机才发现不能转number，还不知道能不能cancel……

还有时间限制，30天，过了还没有转出去就必须upgrade……

早知道当初就转pay as you go，再换一个number也不没什么不好！

转到o2保留号码的收费不贵吧

Can I keep my existing number?

Once you have decided to move to O2 (UK) Limited, contact your existing network provider and request a PAC (Port Authorisation Code). This should arrive within 2 to 10 working days depending on how many numbers you are changing.

When you have received your new O2 (UK) Limited mobile phone number, select Help from the top navigation and enter your new O2 (UK) Limited mobile phone number. You will be presented with a list of Options to choose from. Select Bringing my Number to O2. You will see all of the information you need about what to do and how long the number change should take. There will also be a convenient online form for you to enter your details that will be emailed directly to our customer care team.

have you called your new provider (network, not seller!) that you want to transfer number? call them after you receive your new phone.

or if you can't really transfer the no, you can still call 3 to cancel the pac code(of course you may have to give them one month notice for cancel the contract).

also you can cancel your new contract within 14 days, that's no problem.
