其答案是：
Premium rate numbers, International and Roaming calls, and numbers starting 0906, 0845, and 0870 are not included in your call bundle.

0845和0870赫然在其非Bundle之列………………哪位有OnlineBill的赶快查一查？？我的OnlineBill不能注册…………

晴天霹雳…………

0844还能用吗?如果O2真的抛弃这些号码,他的末路也快到了,外国消费者打电话看重的是国际接入号,本国消费者要的通话和信号质量,他都没了.....

查过了，这个月的， 偶拨0845在免费时间里的号码不收费，免费时间以外的当然收费了！

本来还想签一款O2的,现在看来不用了,签别的还便宜.....虽然已经有orange的了

唉………………O2网站上已经发话了，谁知道什么时候他们开始收费…………不行的话把刚签的O2 400Cancel了，签它个Offpeak！

最近没有在O2网站上看到有收费标准改变的通告
“your call bundle”的定义还有待商榷
楼上的一位和我自己查ONLINE BILL都说明根本还没有开始收费
先别自己吓自己了

O2如果一收费，我觉得3的生意会好很多～～～

我怎么注册Online Service的时候提示我的号码已经被注册过了？我在buymobilephones.net签的，感觉这个公司服务什么的还行啊～～

翻翻你自己的书面合同上写的TARIFF是多少
合同上白纸黑字上写着的是不能随意变更的
即便要变动也需要提前通知

我相信我自己的ONLINE BILL--直到10月29日还是免费打0870
也相信如果真的是在今天改TARIFF的话事先也会有通知--当然，同时也万分质疑他们为什么要特地挑个礼拜天来改，难道想大家放松警惕趁机赚一票？
我更相信自己亲手亲眼确认过的事实，而不是人云亦云的一惊一乍
如果实在不放心，你从今天开始不要打0870的号码，或者就打简短的1分钟，等拿到BILL单就清楚怎么回事了

Inclusive call minutes can be used to call some non-geographical and special services numbers with the following prefixes: 0800, 0808, 0844, 0845 and 0870. Once the inclusive minute allowance has been used up, calls to these numbers will be charged as calls to standard UK landlines at the prevailing tariff. Some exceptions may apply and calls to some numbers may be free of charge.

Inclusive minutes cannot be used to call numbers with the 0871 prefix. These calls will be charged at 35p per minute at all times.

Calls to Customer Care on 0870 600 3009 are charged at the national rate. Hours of opening 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday.

要是收费拉，我就马上cancel o2 contract

去年, 网上就是这么写的, 当时我就打了试试. 是免费的. 一直打到现在.

偶认为, 至少现在还是FREE的.

我估计他写错了应该是o871不是0870

可能是o2刚刚被西班牙一家电信公司takeover的缘故--£18bn,是不是就不算bt的了？就没有特殊化了，和普通的电信公司一样了。

O2 online 和 O2 是两回事。

在O2 online 上签的手机不能打0845，0870，也没有双倍时间。在店里签的手机可以打，并且有几个月的双倍时间。其他代理O2的网站上签的可以打，但是没有双倍时间。

www.o2.co.uk有分开的online tariff 和 high street tariff，搞清你签的是那种, 再看term and conditions。

刚才打客服问了问，发现我的竟然是给签的Best business 400，给O2的Business打了个电话，他们一口咬定0870要收费………真晕。

我刚刚在线查了一下账单，发现周日打的0844收费了，如下：
