如果在路上 碰了别人一下，或者被别人碰了， 警察过来处理了，会不会很严重？

the consequence is quite severe. you could get 6 points on your licence(which could revoke your licence even you pass your driving test) and up to £5000 fine though which is dependent on your income. don't do the stupid things as recently the police is targeting the illegal drivers who have either no licence or no insurance/mot/road tax. if you are proven to be, your car could be scrapped immediately. suggest you finding a british (can be your tutor, your landlord...) to help you. good luck.

后果套用一句烂大街的话，警察很生气，后果很严重

楼主不是前阵子刚问过一圈关于provisional licence 的吗？怎么还没死心啊？！provisional licence 是你学车用的，车里一定还得要坐着一个合法的'监工'。
换用简单明了的中文说就是：你不能拿这个驾照单独上路。
不过，如果你的朋友有比较大的私人领地(比如农场)，又给你提供方便的话，你可以在私人领土上‘无照驾驶’。

You have not got P license, cos P means Passed.You'd better say you have L license, L for new LEARNER .
If you bought insurance, you shoud not have big problem. BUT If you have accident AND without insurance

NOT true... minimun 3 points and 60 pounds if you were caught by police
police're trained to tell who behind the wheel's... One's my friend's caught coz he's driving 20 mph at a 30 mph road.

even you have insurance, you will be prosecuted. in most cases, the police will require you produce your driving licence in the event of an accident for the ID purpose. or you will be required to produce in 7 days otherwise it is an offence. you have to have full licence to drive on your own...you never know what will happen if you are a learner. for the sake of others, drive with a instructor or a full licence holder.
In addition, you could hardly rent a car with a provisional licence. Even some wont rent to the foreign licence holders.
