Objectives
This annual conference is
organized by The Chinese Society of Chemical Science and Technology in the UK
(CSCST-UK) and The Society of Chemical Industry 每 Chinese UK Section (SCI-CS).
It aims to bring together Chinese scholars in the broad Chemistry and Chemical
fields from the UK
and China and
to provide a platform for multiple communications and collaborations.
Theme
and Scope
The theme of this year＊s
conference is: Green Chemistry and Future Energy. The academic
committee will solicit high quality papers containing original contributions in
all areas of experimental, theoretical and application-oriented aspects of
green chemistry and future energy technology. However, any high quality papers
on other areas of chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science and
technology, material science, pharmaceutical science etc will also be considered
suitable for this conference. The selected conference papers will be published
in a special issue of a journal and details will be announced soon.
Initial
Programme
The conference will include a
plenary speech, followed by two consecutive sessions, which emphasis on Science
and Engineering respectively. A number of keynotes speeches and presentations
from renown scientists/experts in the field will be presented on the day. There
will be a competition for the best presentation award and the best poster of
the conference! Details of the programme will be announced soon.
Abstract
and Registration
The
conference will be suitable for scientists, engineers in academia and industry,
and PhD students whose research is relevant to the theme. Participants are encouraged
to send abstracts, fill in and return the attached registration form at their
earliest convenience. Travel costs will be fully or partially reimbursed.
