爱丁堡艺术节期间的花车游行是一年一度的艺术盛事，每年都有来自世界各地的艺术团体参与，爱丁堡华人社区已决定申请参加今年的花车游行，并得到爱丁堡各界华人和中国领事馆的大力支持。
本次活动筹备委员会诚征志愿者参与，目前阶段特别欢迎有演出经验（歌舞、音乐、杂技等）或艺术设计经验（书画、平面、装置、摄影、多媒体等）的人士参与花车设计，力图体现当代中国和在英华人的风貌。时间有限，请有兴趣有热忱人士马上和组织委员会联系。联系方式：

On behalf of Edinburgh Festivals' Cavalcade 2006- Chinese Community Coordinating Committee, (which is an inclusive association for all the Chinese communities in Edinburgh). we are URGENTLY calling for artists who would enjoy participating in our programme design.
